Day 2
Full day to visit Damascus including the national museum, the Tekkiyeh Suleimanieh, the Hijaz Railway station, the Omayyad Mosque, the Tomb of Saladin, Al Azem Palace, the straight street, the Church of St. Ananias, the Window of St. Paul. P.M. visit glass factory and a stroll in Souk Hamidieh. View to Damascus city from the top of Qassioun mountain. Optional dinner at a nice Arabic restaurant and live oriental music and dance.
Day 3
Drive south of Syria to the region called the Hauran where we visit the Byzantine church of Ezraa, the roman theater as well as the Roman quarters in Bosra. Optional lunch Drive (half hour) to Suweida where we visit the museum, Qanawat and Shahba. Overnight
Drive to Maaloula and visit the old city Hiking through the mountains to visit St. Mousa monastery, Drive back to Damascus Check in Optional farewell dinner
Transfer to airport for the final departure.
